Проанализированы библиометрические показатели, состав авторов и некоторые особенности редакционно-издательской политики по группам издательств. Представлены предложения по изменению редакционной политики и внедрению издательских сервисов в целях продвижения российских журналов и повышения их качества.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article examines the system structure of Russian scholarly journal publishers. Bibliometric indicators, composition of authors and some features of editorial and publishing policy by different groups of publishers are analyzed.
